I would tell the average consumer that there is absolutely no need to worry about the food they are eating, whether their concerns be in animal safety to GMOs to new farm technology; you can be sure it is safe, tested and reliable, and is the way of the future. There are too many documentaries and facts our there for us to believe that even Big Ag is safe and the way to a better future!! My grandparents were farmers and I truly believe that most small farmers are honest, hardworking and true - but to say that Big Ag has the same qualities is soooo untrue and proven over and over again!
