Like to see humane treatment of all these farm animals; humanely killed for food comsumption & of course affordable costs for people who earn minimum wage!!
US farmers and ranchers may work diligently to produce food, but who they are working for only care about the last point in the market and that is the profitability of the food and how much is going into their pockets. Once the food leaves the farms and ranches the big companies can do basically whatever they want to the food as long as it meets FDA "regulations". Farmers and ranchers are only doing what they have to to keep food on their families' table, clothing on their backs and a roof over their heads.
