   I looked at this link:

   It appears that the professional executives of the National Cattlemen, National Pork Board, National Soybean Board, National Corn Board, etc are on the board.
   
   All these organizations Have policies set by grassroots participation that includes lots of small and mid-sized farmer and ranchers.
