   Nutritive value between fresh, frozen and canned can be much debated. Generally, as I understand it, fresh food is best, but what defines fresh? As a farmer, fresh is something I picked this morning or the evening before. My veggies last for a week or two or more in my customers' refrigerators. Store fresh veggies might last a few days at most. When store and mine go bad, they're likely a similar age after picking! Frozen is often frozen within days of leaving the field. Perhaps it may be fresher than the fresh stuff sometimes!
